If you require an emergency same-day booking, or a session outside the Somerset West area, extra travel fees may apply. Please contact us directly to arrange this.
Event bookings (corporate wellness days, group sessions, etc.) will block out the calendar for the full day. Please book events well in advance to secure your preferred date.
Before any treatment, you will be required to complete a Terms and Conditions form. This form outlines the nature of IV therapy, potential risks, and confirms that the responsibility for any effects following the drip rests with the patient. The form will be available for download on the website and must be acknowledged prior to your session.
Every drip administered through Mobile IV Therapy is overseen by a registered nurse, with the pharmacist and a doctor available on call throughout the session.
Adults and children will be fully counselled by the pharmacist on how to support their wellbeing. In the event of an emergency, the pharmacist is available on call and will liaise with a medical practitioner as required.
